1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ktk10 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features available at ktk10.net and any associated domains or subdomains operated by ktk10.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the ktk10 platform, you affirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing ktk10 voluntarily and on your own personal behalf, not on behalf of any third party;

ktk10 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ktk10. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ktk10 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, all bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. ktk10 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ktk10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to protect the integrity of the platform. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any time ktk10 deems necessary:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in your registered name).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. ktk10 commits to processing KYC review within two business days of receiving all required documents in clear, readable format.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any other person. ktk10 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ktk10 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ktk10 account balance instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to the availability of the relevant mobile financial service. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to reflect in your account. ktk10 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are processed within 24 hours of approval, with funds delivered to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet within 15 minutes of processing. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days. ktk10 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction or ৳200,000 per calendar month.

4.4 Player Funds

Funds deposited into your ktk10 account are held for the sole purpose of facilitating gameplay and are not used for any operational or third-party purpose. ktk10 maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds to ensure that player balances remain available for withdrawal at all times, subject to completed verification requirements.

4.5 Prohibited Fund Sources

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ktk10 account are from legitimate sources and are entirely your own. You must not deposit funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any source that would constitute an unlawful transaction under applicable law. ktk10 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where suspicious financial activity is identified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ktk10 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by ktk10 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ktk10 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to clear bonuses at collective low risk, and misrepresenting identity to qualify for a bonus.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

ktk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated early, any bonus funds already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the original wagering conditions unless ktk10 specifies otherwise.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ktk10 platform are provided by internationally accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective provider studio, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on ktk10, you agree to abide by the rules of that game as set by its provider.

ktk10 does not modify game outcomes or RTP rates from those published by the provider studio. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ktk10 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses, limits, or sanctions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ktk10 platform or any game provided on it;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market through multiple accounts or in coordination with another player (arbitrage/hedging abuse);
• Attempting to launder money or disguise the origins of funds through gambling activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ktk10 support staff or other players;
• Using the ktk10 platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised in writing by ktk10.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ktk10

ktk10 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ktk10 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ktk10 will process the closure within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who request account closure under ktk10's self-exclusion programme will have their account permanently suspended for the elected self-exclusion period. 9. Intellectual Property

ktk10's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by ktk10's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ktk10.

11. Responsible Gaming

ktk10 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. As part of that commitment, the following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms and are binding on both parties:
